Attorney Jonathan M. Rosen has been practicing in the area of real estate for over 35 years. In addition to his established career in real estate law, Jonathan has developed expertise in business law and corporate transactions. Jonathan is admitted to practice in all New York Courts and Federal Court in the United States Eastern and Southern District Courts. In 2016, Mr. Rosen was admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Rosen completed his Juris Doctor in Law in 1984 from St. Johns University School of Law. Initially, he worked for a small boutique Law Firm handling residential closings. Within a year, seeking additional challenges, Mr. Rosen started working at Roach and Bergman, a preeminent real estate foreclosure law firm. He rose to the level of Partner within 2 years. The experience there was invaluable. During his tenure at Roach & Bergman, he was the chief counsel to a title company and headed the residential and commercial closing department. His expertise in closings and title was an invaluable asset to the foreclosure practitioners at the firm. This profound understanding of all aspects of real estate makes Mr. Rosen and his firm a value-added asset to any client.
Jonathan started his own practice in 1992. His professional development continues as a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).
